3D Projection Mapping

Projection mapping is a technology to turn irregular shaped objects in to a display surface for video projection. These objects are often historical monuments, temples, complex industrial structures like buildings, indoor objects and theatrical backdrops & stages. Using special software 2D and 3D objects are spatially mapped on the virtual program which would act as a real environment on which it is to be projected. Later using the HD projectors (for better results obviously) the entire video is projected on real objects.

This technology is highly used by the artists, advertisers and film makers to add an extra dimension, create illusions and notion movement to previously static object.

We at WildChild Studios have mastered the technique of projection mapping and working on this technology since long.
